What are the trainers made from?
Each trainer is made from creamy-smooth, phthalate-free and latex-free silicone with a weighted ABS ball inside.
What size are the kegel trainers?
The single ball trainer is 9.6 cm long and 3.3 cm wide (47 g), and the duo ball trainer is 14 cm long and 3.3 cm wide (90 g).
Can I use the kegel trainers in the shower or bath?
Yes, both trainers are fully waterproof and submersible.
How do I clean the kegel trainers?
Rinse each component with warm water and a mild antibacterial toy cleaner after use, then air-dry fully before storing in a cool, dry place.
