Our Returns Policy

Club X will replace any product that is faulty and we offer a 12 month replacement warranty from the date you receive you product. If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

We do not have to provide you with a refund/credit/exchange of products if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

For your protection Club X will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service; we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

Before Returning Your Adult Toy

Before returning a faulty Toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
  • If your vibrator doesn't vibrate, try firmly tapping it into the palm of your hand.
    Motors sometimes seize during transportation and need a little help to start working again.

If all else fails, please contact us to Authorise a return. If you do not adhere to these strict guidelines, your return will be disposed of due to health and safety reasons at your own cost. We do not accept un-authorised returns.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • Reason why you are returning the product.
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us greatly. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

How To Return Your Product - Instore Purchases

Please bring your purchase back into the same store of purchase with your original receipt so that our friendly staff can assist you further. If you would like to call them directly, you can locate our store's telephone numbers at our store locations.

We require the charging cable that has come with the item at the time of purchase

Another Reason For Shopping Online With Us

Unlike other online businesses, we are fully visible. That means that if you are able to visit a Club X adult store (refer to our store locations) we will be able to assist you with your faulty product to ensure faster resolution. The above conditions regarding proof of purchase still apply.
