The bar itself can be adjusted in length from 70 cm to 90 cm. The cuffs can also easily be adjusted for a perfect fit. The cuffs are attached to the bar with clip fasteners, so you can detach them and use the cuffs separately. You can also use the ring on both ends to attach other bondage toys, such as ankle cuffs, to the spreader bar.
